Personal use

The soundscapes, visuals and other content are provided for personal, non-commercial listening and viewing.

Content ownership

All audio, video, images and text in Village Whisper are owned by or licensed to Village Whisper. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform or share the content without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or copy media files in bulk, reverse engineer the apps, or interfere with the service.

Subscriptions

If paid features are offered, they are sold through the app store you use. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow that store's rules.

No medical advice

Village Whisper is intended for relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have persistent sleep problems, consult a healthcare professional.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
