Village Whisper ("we", "us") provides ambient nature soundscapes through a website, a web player and apps for Fire TV and Android. This policy explains what information is involved when you use them.

Information we collect

We do not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal information to use the app.

We do not use advertising tools, analytics tools or tracking technologies in the app.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your preferences (for example volume and playback settings) on your own device using local storage. This information is not sent to us and can be removed by clearing the app data or browser storage.

Information processed by service providers

• Hosting and delivery. Our website, web player and media files are delivered through Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver content and protect against abuse.
• Fonts. The website and web player load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when fonts are requested.
• Purchases. If subscriptions are offered in the app, they are processed by the app store (for example Amazon Appstore). We do not receive your payment details.

Email

If you contact us by email, we use your message and address only to reply to you.

Children

Village Whisper is a general audience app and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
